If you want to exchange an item, make sure that it meets the same return conditions: in original condition, unworn or unwashed, with all original tags, stickers and packaging. Please send back the original product and place a new order for the product you need. This allows you to receive the new product quickly and secure the availability of the product.
Refunds are processed when the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account via your original payment method.
